Are the Delivery Ebikes specially designed for delivery services?
Yes, many parts of our delivery Ebikes have been specially developed by us to ensure that the Ebikes are suitable for everyday use by delivery services.
Are the batteries swappable?
Yes, the battery can be removed from the Ebike; you can easily replace the battery with a spare battery.
What accessories are included, such as bags or racks?
We can fully customize your delivery Ebike to suit your needs. We usually provide 4 sizes of boxes, extra batteries, Ebike sprayed in house style, branding on box and delivery Ebikes.
Do you offer different models of Ebikes?
We offer GEN2+ and its successor the GEN3. The GEN3 is equipped with airless tyres (no more punctures, always the right tyre pressure) and a more stable frame (perfect for 2 boxes).
What are the maintenance costs of an Delivery Ebike?
All wear parts + labour are included in the service contract. You only have to pay for the replacement of non-wearing parts.
Service and repair on site
If your Ebike breaks down or is damaged, our mechanic will come to you to repair it. If reported within 18 hours, we will be there within 24/48 hours.
How long will it take for my bike to be delivered?
We aim for a delivery time of 2-3 weeks, obviously depending on the modifications to the Ebike (frame house style) and the number of orders for you.
Charging the batteries
We strongly recommend not to charge the batteries without somebody watching the battery. For safety reasons you can use a charging cabinet. More information can be found on: https://www.battery-control.nl
